Corel X4 Question

I just installed X4 and I noticed when I design using RGB Black or Uniform Black it separates into 4 CMYK Plates. Corel X3 used to just give me a solid black plate. Is there a setting somewhere I'm missing or do I have to design in Pantone Black or CMYK Black?

since RGB is not for printing you will not see black but will put black in website
you can see the colors in CMYK from the value2 flyout if that helps
