corel x6 power clip

when using the power clip tool on an image...
i always get a black border around the clipped image, then when it comes to printing that image the black outline is still there?
any ideas? this never happes in flexi but i prefer corel for clipping

youtube is your friend, all i had to do is select no outline!!

Right click on your powerclip outline, then select none from the drop down menu.

Why do we have to do that ^^^ (select None)??? it was never that way before was it?

no you dont have to - select the clipped object and right click on 'clear' in your color pallete

You bet - and that's what right-click does, assigns a clear outline or clears the outline altogether.

Speaking of powerclip, do you know how to get rid of the the damn "X" through the shape when you extract the powerclip? Can't for the life of me figure that one out.

Pat you can got tools-options-powerclip frame- and click off "Show lines in empty PowerClip frames" shouldn't show back up.
