Corel X7 keeps printing border with eps exports

Ive been swapping over to a new pc with Win 10 from 7. When we export an eps and open in Rasterlink it prints with a black border around the entire file. It does the same whether its exported and saved or through the RL finecut toolbar. All of our settings are exactly the same. The border does not show up in Corel and it doesn't happen when exported as a pdf.

Try using PDF Export

a few questions.
1. Is it all raster or a combo of both raster and vector?
2. Exporting "selected" ?
3. Export the eps then import the eps file back into corel. Black box there?
4. What eps settings are you using?
