Coreldraw X3 font help

Thanks for the help!
I have Coreldraw x3. When I open an old file or a new file I get this message regardless of the font on the file:
Font Substitution for missing Fonts
Use Panose or Substitute with.....

I have checked and all the fonts are in the font folder and are all available in Microsoft Word.
I am thinking of removing corel and reinstalling it?
Any other ideas?

EDIT: I see some fonts come up with old files and some do not, but everytime the program stops responding.

Now just selecting the font tool triggers "Not Responding"
