Corner rounder??

I'm planning to go with the one Fellers offers. Or is there a better one out there you guys may use and like???..

I just realised the one Fellers offers only cuts up to .032 thick substrate.

I'm going to mainly be rounding .040 aluminum..

Any suggestions for a more heavy duty piece???

There's a heavy duty cornner rounder that most suppliers have that cost about 850.00, but if you look around online you can find them for about half priced. And they will round cornners in 0.80 aluminum

So do we, rounded a lot of 040 aluminum as well as mag with the same device over the past 20 plus years.

Corner rounder

I found one on ebay for $225.00. The one unit cuts 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and 1 in. corners with one machine. Search for Sign blank corner rounder & hole punch. The seller is signshoptools09.

I got a slot cutter from accu-cutter, it broke in one day. The screws on the bottom of the die stripped out and now the base will not stay in line with the cutter.

I have the heavy lasco rounder too, it works great. The light lasco works OK but will not
hold up to commercial cutting of .040 for a long time, the heavy one does though.
