I should have mentioned... those numbers I rattled off aren't the prices we pay... I was looking at a wholesale customer price sheet - so that's what we would charge. Those prices would include overhead and all the other good stuff. I just have that sheet for ball parking a price if I happen to answer the phone (which I try to avoid). I don't do the buying so no clue what we actually pay for the stuff.
Ah, see, reading 'wholesale' indicates to me it's what you pay. Like cost vs price. Cost, what I pay, price, what they pay. Wholesale vs retail, I'd consider the same.
But hey, it's Friday, what do I care.

This is why I don't do pricing? Happy Friday the 13th!

Bubble lx used to be $15 a sheet up here in Canada.... We used up all of our suppliers stock, then all of a sudden they found out in order to get more the price jumped to $40 a sheet.... And we had to buy a skid of 200 at a time now. .
Needless to say we never use bubblex anymore! Too bad as it was a nice product.

Hopefully there isn't / wasn't a huge price jump for you guys. Nothing like talking a bunch of people into switching to a material, then telling them a year later the price is now 300% higher if they want to keep using it....

Ah yes, the classic bait and switch! Who were you guys getting it from? I've asked our suppliers about it here and they all look at me like I'm crazy. I've yet to actually see this material in real life but am definitely intrigued.
