Corporate Contracts

We do some work here and there for large corporate nationwide chains, but are interested in get specific contracts with businesses like this.

How/where do you start? Do we need a subscription to a service???

Which subscriptions are you talking about? The sign specific ones are probably still not what they have promised to be yet. Do you mean Reed or Dodge? Have you tried the local and state retail general contractors... even national contractors have satellite offices. You can also try the mega sign companies who usually sub out the work to smaller companies like yours, but you will probably have to wait for money. Have you tried your local SEGD companies or market to EG (environmental graphic) designers?

Building permits issued and even permit applications are public record in many areas. Also you can team up with a permit expeditor (permit runner). Check it out in your town.

These will be hot jobs rather than something that MIGHT happen months or years down the road.
