Crazy PDF Question: How can I go into multipage file and change all text color?

I have a 51 page document. I have to change all the text from black to green. The only way I know how to do it is open the PDF in Illustrator and change one page at a time. I know I can do it this way and it will work. My question is, is there a more efficient way?

I'll be honest, I'm running an old version of Adobe Suite (CS3) and I have Corel X4.

Resolved. I tried it in my newer Corel X6 and it worked as I wanted.
