The more I look at CRM's the more I find available.

Take a look a Plan Plus Online - It's by Franklin Covey - and it really is a great piece of software - we use it here and it is great. Allows for all of the features of any other CRM - Mass e-Mail campaigns, project management, contact management, multi-user support, and more. The support is GREAT - they even called us, in the beginning, just about every day to check in and see if we had any questions, etc. - Not pushy, just helpful.

Price is more than fair. I wouldn't recommend any other software out there so much as I would this package for CRM.
