crop mark

After many successful print cuts, it cant find second mark. Put media in staright, cleaned optic eye, darkened marks...nada, any tips? thanks

Has the printer been serviced lately, a similar thing happened to me sp300, tech had to come back and reset the sensor sensativity after changing mother board.
Also, Ive heard placing some clear tape over the mark might help.

Ive replaced carriage ribbon, adjusted sensor on cut carriage, still not finding the marks...any other ideas>? thanks

What kind of media are you using, I know when I had a problem it was affecting matt wall graphic media, when I switched to gloss vinyl problem went away.. indicating senor sensativity problem.
