Is it possibly scratched? Or hazy from the laminate?
  3. The crop mark MUST be to the left of the far rightmost roller. I've had this problem before.

i had this problem when i first started w/ mine.
    1. make sure you have 4-5" of material beyond your registration dots.(both ends)
    2. load the material straight using the groove on front of machine.
    3. scroll your cut head over to where the dot is. i position directly above for alignment purposes, then move it back to the right.
    4. if you still have a problem, after you center the blade over the dot in step 2, continue scroll over to the second dot to see that the material isn't skewed. Adjust straightness of material.

If the skew is to great it won't find the second dot.
