CS5 to CS3

I have an .eps file from a customer that I need opened and saved back to CS3, can anyone help me out?

You can usually import it successfully using the place command in Illustrator.

Fred- Thanks. I tried that and it came up with the red X through it

I think that's if PDF compatibility is on though.

I was trying to do this and was told when you place the file, there is a "link" and "template" check box. Do not have link checked. (or the other way around) one of those should do it.
