CS6 - change object size by typing in number? window disappeared

    CS6 - I used to have the window at the top that would give you height and width of an object (or multiple objects selected). Then you could type in whatever size you wanted to change it to.

    I can't seem to find it anymore. Is it in preferences? window?

    kind of an illy newb here

    Hey that's it except how do I pin it to the top so the numbers are always showing, like the opacity window?

    I dragged it up there but it turned it into a drop down menu
