Need Help Curved face ADA wall sign, modular

Have a customer that wants to "Exact Match" an ADA sign that is 2 states away.

of course, what we are given is non-existent and lacking
* Here is the only one photo taken
* They think it is 8" x 8"

My first thought was Howard Industries, are there any other suppliers that have "modular" signs like this?
