Custom Email?

Is there any way of importing a bkgrnd into me outgoing business email?
I have done this through mozilla which is html but trying to figure a way to do it in MAIL on my Mac. I'll send a sample of some simple concept to be at bottom or top of messages I reply to.

Have you tried dragging the file from a finder window into your email window?
