Custom ID Badges

I need a source to do Custom ID badges.

I need small quantities and each ID badge to be different. I would like a supplier who can print or sublimate onto 30mil plastic cards. I need full color

Anyone know of a source?

for years I used naagtag. They were awesome! They even put a couple of our creations on their site. Now they suck. They wont return calls nor emails.
