Customer contract example

I have a customer that I sent an estimate to. It was approved and now they want a contract.
It is for a number of vehicles, they will supply the vinyl. They will bring in the vehicles to my location and I have a very small window to them them done on a deadline.

Does anyone have something that I can use as a guide ?
