Customer interaction tracking

We are working to better keep track of customer calls, emails, texts, etc. Do any of you use systems that integrate with email or messaging that group customer interactions in their CRM or portal?

Arial - it's almost helvetica
I'm pretty sure salesforce will do that. It's been years since I have used it but IIRC, it had that ability.
