    1to1printers in Houston, TX is looking for a Customer Service Representative with printing experience to start immediately.

    PRINT Experience is a MUST!

    Candidate must demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills, must be insanely organized, and she/he must take great pride on a job well done.

    • Must be able to Multitask and efficiently manage time to produce a large number of estimates per week

    • Clarify job specifications and requirements respond to client questions and provide input on cost-saving alternative approaches to printing projects.

    • Prepare production work orders for jobs, including detailing production process to be used by pre-press, production, and finishing departments.

    • Use MIS software for job costing and workflow of each printing project to accurately bill clients / Knowledge of Presswise MIS is a Plus.

    • Respond to questions from outside vendors, pre-press, production, and finishing as well as customer service

    • Monitor work going through production to ensure due dates are met.

    Must be extremely fluent in English, Bilingual Skills (Spanish) are not required but it is a plus.
