Customer Service Rep & Project Manager (2 positions)
Responsibilities
- Interact with clients, including inbound sales, project coordination, production & installation scheduling
- Accurately read, create, and interpret layouts and instructions
- Ensure client satisfaction by making sure jobs are done correctly, on time, and enforce quality control
- Work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Communication & Organization are key
- General working knowledge of Windows platform, Outlook & other standard business programs
- Experience with general production & installation of "soft signage" & graphics
- Flexible schedule
- Work efficiently with others
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record
- $600/wk, DOE
