Customer Service Representative - HOUSTON

    Fast Paced Sign Company looking for experienced Customer Service Representative with a great attitude that knows the sign business. This position is at our North Houston location and will be assisting call in Customers with pre and post order inquiries. We expect each team member to become fully knowledgeable of our product portfolio in order to successfully assist Customers.

    Great command of the English language is required along with impeccable phone skills - Bilingual a plus.

    • Previous Sign Experience a must
    • Ensure that our customers have a 'WOW!' experience each time they call in
    • Assist 45-60+ callers per day while responding to Customers via live chat and email
    • Mastering information contained in our website including product information, use of our customization tool, status and delivery of products and more
    • Up-sell products and services creating and seizing opportunities to improve conversion rates
    • Basic computer skills required
    • Troubleshoot and solve customer issues
    • Be courteous and helpful always!


    • Competitive Pay
    • Full-time flexible schedule (Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays)
