Introduce a "quick ship line" & still charge a rudh

If the customer comes in that late, they are constrained by your quick ship options & you are not turning them away.

Just curious. Who is in charge at your shop and who is in charge of your stress management? Is it you or do you let your customers set the rules and call the shots?

It's the "Amazon + FedEx = Tomorrow" mentality that everyone has become accustomed to.

If people had to wait 2 to 4 weeks to look at the photos they took today, they'd definitely have a new appreciation for how far we've come.

That too has changed, order anything prime and you'll see a 4 to 6 day delivery on most items.
