Well I am a little late chiming in on this... I had the same problem for a long time. 12mil ProShield 6mil convex base. I am cutting it now on my SP300v 60% Blade 100% Vacume the problem (That took me forever to figure out) was that my software was controling my preasure (SignLab) My friend had the same exact problem and it was his software. I would see if there was a setting in your software/RIP controling you preasure. It CAN cut it believe me. I use the best blade roland sells. I searched everywhere when this happend to me and no one could figure it out. But don't give up on the roland for cutting it- it can do it know problem, in a single cut. Hope this pointed you in the right direction. BTW- What software do you use to cut with?
