ok, i have a cut alignment problem on my vp540i. i have laminated a print, reloaded it into the printed, done a auto detect on the crop marks....nothing. so i took the lam off over the crop marks incase it couldn't see the marks, again nothing, all i get it crop mark detection error. ok, so i then do a manual crop mark alignment as per the roland user manual.....it scans where i have put the crop mark points in and then again i get the crop mark detection error!!!!!!! this is driving me insane, have been trying to cut out this oval for an hour and a half now!!!!! any ideas folks??
