Cut from Onyx 10 to Graphtec

Hey all we just installed a HPDesignjet L25500 60 and added a Graphtec FC8000 plotter. I have the HP up and running but I can't seem to get the cut file to go to the Graphtec after I print on the HP. Any help would be great, Thanks

Make sure your cut line is a spot color named CutContour, in preflight on the first tab at the bottom there is a pull down menu to select the cutter you will be using. If the file has the spot CutContour in it, and you select the correct cutter in preflight it will output your cut file to Cut Server once you print the file. Have you opened Cut Server to see if Onyx is outputting the cut file?
