Cut not aligned

So we have a Graphtec Fc9000, and recently it's not be cutting correctly. It's just Off a smidge. it's cutting, but the border will be thicker at the top and very thin to non existent at the bottom. In our design software (we use Flexi with Production Manager) the border and the Cut line, is perfect. But it's just not cutting right with out Graphtec. It's not that old either. We've had it for less then a year.

Ok cool. Did that, now It seems I can't connect back to my computer. I tried to send something as a test cut and now I'm getting a notification saying "CANNOT CONNECT TO GRAPHTEC". The Ethernet cable is connected, so I don't know.
