Cut path shifted and I can't figure it out. HP L25500, Onyx, FC8000

HP L25500 printer, Onyx 10 rip, & Fc8000 Graphtec cutter.

Just today some of my jobs where cutting slightly off from normal. I was cutting a combination of print & cut 4'' circles and Squares. Monday I printed and cut some files that were the same combination without fail. it's only off about an 1/8'' of less, but my circles have a border so it's really noticeable. Below are a list of items I checked before this posting.

1.) Check my files in illustrator as well check the alignment of my cut lines. All file are saved as .pdf's and opened in the Onyx rip station.

2.) Checked for bowing in the print at which I didn't see anything to alarming. The unregistered cut pattern shows up the same all throughout the 54'' span.

3.) Check FC8000 for settings and cleared out errors.

My thoughts on what I should do next:

Update Onyx Cut Server/ firmware
Update Graphtec cut server/firmware

What do you think? I'll post a picture tomorrow when I'm back in the shop.
