Cut Studio help

I have a customer who wants an arc for text... No biggie there but they want an outline/Drop shadow. Now I can do both of these seperatly but have a problem doing it together. so I tried doing it in Photoshop and importing it but it looks like shit... Any help i appreciated the sooner the better , thanks
