Cut veers off on DG3 vinyl

We've been printing and cutting signs on engineering grade reflective vinyl for some time now and have not had issues. We started printing on 3M DG3 reflective vinyl and the cut around the sign veers off to the left from the contour cut, cutting somewhat of a sloped/angled rectangle instead of a square. We use HP Latex Printer 365 and Graphtec Cutter FC9000 with Flexi Print & Cut software. We use a different Condition and blade for the heavier DG3 reflective material and it looks to be reading the registration marks fine. Any suggestions on what I should look at?

Is your blade looking dull?
I don't recall what the DG3 backer looks like, but if it's that super thin film, you probably need to check and see if you're not cutting too deep into the cut strip on the plotter. Setting the blade up over the cut trough is probably a better option, but there's several other folks on here that know miles more than me about printing/plotting reflective.
Though, I think they're all tied up in the tariff thread.
