CutContour issues in X3

I am having difficulty contour cutting vinyl decals. I am using corel X3, printing with an HP45500 UV printer with Onyx productionhouse rip ver 7.3
and cutting with my graphtech FC4100 plus. The main problem I am having is getting my "CutContour" fill done properly in corel and exporting as an "eps". It says it is not supposed to prin the "CutContour" fill, but it does.
Any help and/or direction ill be greatky appreciated.

publish pdf then try print cut

I tried that. Still not working. I do my "CutContour" fill in corel, but when I go to print it still prints my "CutContour" fill when it says it is not supposed to. What am I doing wrong?
