cutmaster 3

had new printer installed and dumped old rip software, now trying to use cutmaster3. Cutmaster 3 keeps trying to sync with plotter. Have it setup to use usb. Any other ideas?

i tired CM3 on my mac but wouldn't connect had to install CM2 and works now. Haven't tried the ARMS feature yet...

Guess I have NEVER updated firmware on my (8year old)7000-100. Does graphtec website tell me how?

From there, click Cutting Plotters > Discontinued Legacy Cutting Plotters > Choose your model. There will be a PDF that describes the firmware update procedure for that machine.

Change the plotter's Command language to Auto. This is done from the Menu button on the Graphtec's control panel.
