Cutter not responding

If anyone comes across the code error " cutter is not responding to poll size" dealing with a vinyl cutter from the manufacturer Signwarehouse I had my machine for a whole month before I finally buckled down and stayed in front of my computer and realized I had to install the driver from the website//bit.ly/rseriesinstall. Then you have to go in your device manager and calibrate your port settings. Wish you the best. DONT GIVE UP!
