Hello guys. I have a question I am looking for someone to "cut" a remote control car chassis out for me. It was brought to my attention that It would be done by someone with a cnc router. I just need it cut from a solid sheet of material. Anyone interested. Below is a pic just so you can get an idea of what im looking for.
Idealy heres what I would like to happen

I will send you a chassis which it bolted togethet in 2 parts
I want it remade from those measurements into a solid piece.

Anyone any info i would appreciate. Thanks
James

It's not so much cutting it, it's finding the carbon fiber in sheet form. Most times it's in roll and up to the end user to either impregnate it with resin or vacuum-form it. Doing the same job in aluminum wouldn't be hard...but you also don't get the weight savings.
