cutting half of the fonts

Well I am having a problem cutting text from Corel with my GX 24. I have cut many logo's and such but this problem just started today. Here is a example cutting out a line of text 3 words long the first word and part of the second will cut fine the rest of the letters never cut. It does not matter how big or small the graphic is or how it is laid out
on the vinyl.I have even opened older files that have cut fine in the past and they will not cut correctly either.I am sure i probably have changed a setting somewhere but I can't see it. If you print the same file out on a inkjet all of the lines come out fine.In cut preview after selecting Roland gx 24 cutter all looks good on screen just not all of the info seems to be getting to the cutter.I have drawn rectangles and squares as a test and these seem to cut fine.this is a mirrored cut.

Thanks
Curtis

is the text set to fit within the document size on the screen,

and is the document size matching the size set in the GX24 ?

Yes everything fits fine to the media being cut. It will just stop cutting in the middle of the letters.I just loaded all software and drivers on another computer and it does the same thing.I guess I will be contacting Roland tomorrow.

Thanks

What if you construct a new file?

or...

If your name does plot, but the customer's word doesnt' then start with your name, and edit it to become the new word...

Media size setting is about all I can think of.

Have you reset anything that you can, back to default?

Well after many test cuts I have figured it out.Mirror the cut in Corel not the print preview page. It has been since before Christmas before I cut any Thermoflex and I just messed up my own procdeures. Thanks for the inputs now I can get back to work.
