Cutting laminated vinyl

I am wanting to be able to laminate a print and then cut it out. When I try this, it always throws my cut off. I am using HP 315 latex print and cut. It has a bar code to go by, but the cut is about a 1/8 in off of the print and so it is no longer useable. It only does this if it is laminated. Is there a way to fix this?

I don't have the print and cut. I have the hp315 printer. I don't use the barcode. I use the registration marks that are set every foot. It keeps the print lined up so that when you cut it's not off. I try to only print and cut about 100 inches at a time or else it walks. The registration marks help keep it in place.
