I have searched the archives, and although I remember reading about a similar problem, I could not find it in my searches.
I need some suggestions on how to diagnose a problem with my Roland Versacamm SP300V.
My contour cutting is off about a 1/2" to the right and 1/8" off below my prints.
I can not figure out the reason for the problem.
Info that may be helpful to potential assistance:
-I have a new computer and this is my first time cutting since the change (although I highly doubt this has anything to do with the cause as everything else has woked fine)
-I tried both auto and manual alignments and it shows to be right on the money with the test print.
-I tried about three different prints with the same results. (from the same file though)
-The prints were removed for a day, laminated, then re-inserted into the printer for cutting.
-The printer seems to find the crop marks without a problem and is making the cuts in the proper shapes, but they are off the whole way of the print evenly.
Help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers.
