Cutting polycarbonate with a panel saw

    I use a plywood blade on my brushless hitachi skillsaw to cut everything... I find it to be the best way to cut drops of .177" lexan, but it does wonders on 1/8" aluminum, used it the other day to cut the stringers on an awning (1" 1/16" sq tube), cut some 10" extrusion, and even right through the 1/2" leg on a piece of 12" C channel...
