Cutting problem SP300V

When I am cutting unlaminated cast vinyl, the letters pull up in the corners as it is cutting. I've lowered the blade pressure (to 50) from the laminated stuff and I am using. Is it because I am using text with serifs? It is 2" text. The blade is newer, and I've had this problem with every blade I've tried. It makes it a pain in the ass for weeding.

have you tried slowing the speed down. sometimes that will give the blade a bit more time to make those shape turns on such small serifs.

Change your $15 cut strip.

Try using a 60 Degree blade.

It may be the blade holder. See if there is gunk inside that is not letting the blade turn smoothly. The bearings do go bad also, and it may need to be replaced.

Make sure your using the correct offset for the blade. 45deg. = 0.25, 60deg. = 0.50
