Cutting Problem

About 1 in 4 times I send something to my Summa D610 Pro it errors out. Basically moves the vinyl arourd makes a bunck of weird noises then stops and says turn off machine and restart. Like I said happens about 1 in 4 attempts and more so on larger more complex jobs.

It will cut test pattern all day long with no issues? ANyone have any suggestions as to what it could be?

Use Flexi Pro 7.
