Cutting shapes with foam core

Looking for suggestions for cutting foam core - I have about 20 images that the client wants cut out to the shape of the image. My process: print, adhere to foam core, laminate, cut out shape. I could do it with an exacto, but would like to know if there's a tool that might help zip the process along? Thanks in advance

Cutawl. The sovereign tool for just this sort of thing. Not cheap and not all that easy to find but worth it.

I use a wood burner with a hot knife attachment. The heat seems to help keep the edges smooth.

find a local vendor with a zund, kolex, or kongsberg with optical registration and have them cut your printed sheets for you.
