Cutting Sintra

We do the same as Brad suggested with holes and corner notches for aluminum pans on an unrelated product. We shear it all, mark the top piece, stack it, clamp it and then drill down through the stack for the holes and notch the corners with a jigsaw. It's a lot faster than using the punch and corner notcher 1 piece at a time.
I have no experience with shearing sintra but the pinched edge may be from an adjustment issue on the shear. We get it with ACM if its close to an edge and were slow with the cut. ABS plastic its always rolled a bit.
