I just tell customers we can't cut any object smaller than 10mm high.

Is printing then cutting a contour around the whole thing an option?

this is what we did on the last truck for them but they wanted it this time with cut vinyl i told them i may not be able to cut that small and if i could it would take me a couple of hours to weed it so it would be $100 more i got it cut and i have been weeding it for like 5 minutes at a time between other work i finally got it done but i would say i have 1.5 hours in just weeding this ... next time it'll be another $100 tacked on because it a pita.
