winplot is fine for me.
i used to work with wincut, which was much friendlier than his follower winplot,
but it´s just a memory.
wincut is easy and for free.
i use summa cutter and win vista, and all things i need are here:

How are you doing contour cutting directly from the Corel? How Corel sends position of crop marks to plotter?
