Cutting Thick Materials

Hey guys,
In my neck of the woods we run into many motorsports clients, go carts, atv's, dirt bikes, snowmobiles, etc... the list goes on and on. What my biggest problem is, is cutting thick material- dirtbike guys want convex material and as thick as i can get it- but my CJV30- simply cannot cut this. Whats anyone else using?? equipment and material? thanks

Absolute best way to go..... zund or graphtec flatbed plotter.

I'll bet I've cut 75 or 80 sets of convex graphic kits on my XC.... Cut like Butter....

Not to hijack your thread but Convex is what they use for the graphic kits? Isn't convext that thick plastic/vinyl material?
