cutting with Cl-500

Printer/cutter not completing the cut around the image, leaves a tiny amount of the material,, can this be adjusted somehow??

Create a rectangle around your cuttable area in the design. EPS Margin/Border is clipping the edge of your cut area. What RIP Software?

I am using Flexi 7.5 I believe the Firmware is 4.4 also have any idea how many places I have to go in the Service Menu to setup the Feed and Scan for the contour cutting? I seems to have the Scan looking good.. but having some problem to bring down the Feed line where is should be. It's over cutting at the top of the image..

Blade offset

Have you adjusted the offset. this is for cuts that don't come completely back to the origin
