CX-24 COM port settings

Is anyone using a CX-24 cutter? My computer crashed and i am trying to get back up and running. Can anyone give me the correct COM port settings. I have it setup but can't poll the cutter for Page Size. This has happened in the past and i know it is a COM setting. Any info would be great. Thanks!
