CX 24 Error

Hi Folks,
Tried to fire up my used CX 24 and after powering it on I get a "sensor error" message on the display. Checked the error messages in the documentation and there was no reference to the error message. Any ideas?

Thanks

Check to make sure the rollers are where they are supposted to be. If they are out of their zones you will get an error.

Thanks Folks,
Am currently in the PC technician business so I opened up the case and found that one of the ribbobs was dis connected from the chip borad connected to the face of the cutter. I re connected the small ribbon and after powering back up I got no error and normal operation. How's that for a run-on sentence.
Thanks for the input.
