    Hello,

I bought a Roland XC540 and everytime I print black texts, a cyan contour is printed as well.
Any Ideas? It is on the Versaworks testprint as well.

It's looks like cyan printhead misaligned. Check horisontal and vertical alignment by test.

Black is made up from CMYK values and will use all the colours to generate black

But your cyan head is misaligned you need to do a bidirectional test and enter the best values

Failing that try printing in unidirectionalas a quick fix
