good day

I'm from Brazil and I have a JV33-160, use ink sublimated and recently picked up a big job that spent much cyan ink, when I finished the work my head started giving problem.
The cyan print normally, but when the printing is finished the head imporessão goes to the capping station, if I ask you to do the same test is failed only in cyan, have to make a strong cleaning and everything is ordinary.
Whenever the capping station to have to clear your head.
I would love your help, I'm going crazy and not find out what it is.
already switched dampers and capping station but nothing has improved.

I'm waiting for answers

I thank you much for your help.

Are you trying to say that you lose your cyan head in between prints? It prints fine until it goes to the capping station then your cyan drops out? What about when you get to work in the morning? Is your cyan printing when you first turn on the machine?

That's right, the printing is fine, but when switching from print to print the failure occurs in the morning sometimes she is ok, sometimes I need to take a strong cleaning to work ok
