Cyan over spraying JV33-130

I've search for answers on this forum regarding over spraying. As you can see in my photos, it's the cyan that causing the over spraying issue. My nozzle test seems fine.

What I've done so far
  • discharge & wash
  • replaced top capping station
  • replaced wipe
  • soak the nozzle over night couple times
  • replaced cyan damper
  • clean sensor/strip
  • tried uni & bi direction (over spray to the direction), different resolution, using Rasterlink5s

This problem happened after 6 months when I upgraded to bulk system & using different brand ink. Even colors were coming out incorrect. After I discharge & wash, I went back to my original 3rd party cartridge inks. My colors are coming out fine now. Before, had been using 3rd party cartridge for over 2 years. Just need to resolve cyan over spraying issue.

Thanks!

Recently my Roland was misting / overspraying cyan like this. it was the printhead. Replacement printhead from solventinkjet.com and printer prints like new. They are a merchant member here.

Adjust the height of the printhead to lower and try again.
If the problem is same, you need change a new printer head.
